Our 3 bedroom townhouse is in the "Barcelona Villas" building. This is a small apartment building in Arwen Drive in a great location to use as a base for all areas of the Sunshine Coast.

You can park in the single vehicle lockable garage, or in the nearby visitors car park on the right of the driveway as you come in. Please do not snib the lock on the internal garage door or you wont be able to get back in. The garage roller door has a fixed remote and has to be accessed from inside.

The townhouse is the first property as you enter the driveway. The key safe is directly next to the entrance door to the property.

Access to the townhouse is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.

The apartment lock up garage for your vehicle is for your use for the duration of your visit

AIR-CONDITIONING
The lounge, dining, kitchen area and master bedroom air air-conditioned. If you leave the master bedroom door open you also cool bedrooms the other two bedrooms if that is ever needed.

The property has three bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Bed

All three bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

The kitchen is well equipped, with oven, electric. cook top, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee plunger, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.

The outdoor area has a wonderful outdoor seating lounge area, with BBQ there too.
