「The condo was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a mall and plenty of activities to enjoy in and around San Jose. The host went out of his way to provide instructions for accessing the building and parking garage. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable.」

「Clean, well equipped, spacious, centrally located to Levi and the convention center. I was there for a conference. It was as a short drive to the convention center. Less than 5 minutes. Apartment comes with an underground parking spot. Facilities with a pool, game room and meeting spaces. Apartment has a great balcony. And it has a washer and dryer. I would recommend it. host was very gracious and accommodating. 5 stars」

「2.5 Stars The location is prime. Santana Row is a fun, vibrant area with great energy. The loft was, sadly, not what I expected. I found it to be dirty and because of this very uncomfortable. The entire unit was dusty, the couch was stained, the pillows on the bed were stained & old looking, the cooking utensils and pots/pans had old food on them and did not look like they were recently washed, the shower curtain was moldy (this was replaced during my stay after I mentioned it to the owner)....

「Stayed with my daughter while she was doing a stem camp in menlo park. Great amenities. Good gym, beautiful pool, free arcade. About 12 minute drive to many restaurants, shopping, target, Stanford, etc. Host was easily accessible. I found the magnetic door key to be a bit difficult at first, but with a little practice got better. You have to really push firmly. Host does say that in instructions, but he really really means it. Kitchen fairly well stocked, lots of spices/seasonings for cooking....

「Neighborhood didn't appear safe」

「I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

「It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.」
