「For the price and location in Steamboat, the Folds Hotel was perfect for our family vacation with small kids. They are currently remodeling the exterior but our recently renovated room inside was very modern and comfortable. Quick access to the downtown and resort was key as we were able to use our room as a home base between activities to rest and regroup. The outdoor mini-golf area and hot tub were nice bonuses. The price for our two bedroom was almost half what the surrounding hotels charged....

「What a beautiful property right at the base of the slope! Even though it was summer, there was plenty to do on property, and we took quite a few hikes off property as well as explored the downtown area. The front desk team was fantastic. We had a minor issue with our washer not working and the speed with which they responded and took care of the issue was amazing! The unit was fantastic! We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning!」
