Love the location in the heart of downtown and in easy walking distance from eateries (Seedz for dinner and Creekside Cafe breakfast). Bed and pillows perfect and spent time in the hot tub! Staff were super helpful and hospitable.

Location was perfect. Right in town near restaurants, shops and biking/walking trail. Parking was included right next to building. Hot tub was indoors. Room and bathroom were small but clean. My only complaint was the mattress on our king bed needed to be replaced.

Neat hotel and in a fantastic location but the rooms and bathrooms are tiny. For the price you can stay at a nicer place but we stayed here for the location only.

Great location and super convenient. Onsite parking was nice. The room was very small and there were limited areas to put anything (like tables, floor space, or shelves).

This hotel is in an excellent location and the bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. It has free parking. But it is not a “boutique” hotel. It is more of a skiers “hostel”. The room is tiny. It has not been upgraded ever. There is no staff on site after 6pm.

This place was a step up from a hostel. You had the bathrooms in the room. Old place that has nobody on staff at night. You get to call a security number if you need help. When I booked the room, it showed two queen beds, but was not aware this was two adjoining rooms with a queen bed. The price was not worth this room. The clerk gave zero support and handed me two keys for one person staying in the room. Parking is also tight. Won’t stay here again.

The location is 5 star! In the middle of downtown. The rooms were nice. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the comfortable lounge/foyer for 24/7 coffee. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again.
