Welcome to VIP Blue Diamond LUXE11 (The lower unit) is part of one of the largest estates in Lake Tahoe. This is a great unique professional property ready to be enjoyed. This modern European professionally designed property sits on top of the eastern Sierra mountain range. Perfect for corporate retreats! It overlooks the expansive Carson Valley. The Blue diamond is located less than a mile from the Stagecoach ski lift at Heavenly. After a day of skiing go down to Stateline to enjoy great restaurants and Nightlife!
Parking for 8 cars is located right in front of the property. If it is a heavy snow season, space might reduce to 5 during ski season. It is always best to carpool and do not bring more than 6 cars. When you stay at this grand property you will have access to an outdoor community Hot Tub and Pool. Located at the HOA center.
On the lower large deck there is one high end private hot tub. You will have 7 designer bathrooms with European Marble. The main living room with it s open floor plan has seating for just about everyone. Two lounge areas on either side both with European Marble Fireplaces and a TV. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with all the needed appliances for cooking. On the lower level you will find an Enormous Las Vegas Themed Game room with a 70 inch TV. This is a great place for sports enthusiasts to hang out. While watching the game play some foosball and billiards with your friends. Bar stools are located around the room. There are 11 bedrooms in this part of the property all with King beds. The hot tub is located on the deck outside the game room.
On the deck we have a BBQ for all of you that enjoy cooking outdoors. All the decks have breathtaking views of Carson Valley, the perfect place to watch the sunrise. With many windows looking out over the valley you will feel like you are on top of the world.

The facility was clean upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The managers were good to work with and responsive to our concerns.HOWEVER, the property was not in "Luxe" condition. The air conditioning was not working properly when we arrived and the air filters and vents had obviously not been cleaned and changed in some time. (You can see these two vents from the living room areas,) The managers did come and check the system and requested that we turn off the unit to let it thaw (it was frozen up) so we spent one uncomfortable evening. One of the bathrooms did not have cold water to the shower or the sink. After letting the property manager know of the situation, a plumber did come and fix this.There are some obvious water damage in a few of the rooms (ceilings and floors) and a broken closet door at the entry. In my opinion, the kitchen was not well equipped to handle 10 couples. There were TWO kitchen towels and no dish rags. It could also use more wine glasses. There were only 6 for a unit that sleeps 22.Overall, just an OK rating from our group.

55Th Wedding Celebration - Family event

Property was adequate for all of us to be together. Parking was good. Good to have a kitchen, dinning room and seating area where everyone could be together although cramped for 18 people and dinner table only for 12. Bedrooms drab and small and bathrooms about the size found in RVs. Showers with no doors. You have to get into the shower to turn in on so you get flooded with cold water until the hot water arrives. This also cause lots of water on the bathroom floor. Only 9 cups for coffee so we had to get cups. Heating grates on walls and fire places have not been cleaned in years. Mouse droppings on lower floor. It was the only place that I could find to keep 18 people together so it served it's purpose.

Great Family Reunion location in Stateline, south lake Tahoe area.

We had a fabulous family reunion in this house which had the perfect number of bedrooms and allowed our family pet. Every family member or couple got their own bedroom because there are 11 bedrooms! Very special property to have this capacity. Beautiful views of the Carson City valley area from the common area and many bedrooms. The common area on the top floor was a great gathering place. The kitchen was good but we were surprised by some missing items. Luckily the maintenance staff is outstanding and brought missing items for the kitchen. The internet is fair and was not able to support our crowd of 14 without glitches. Dish TV did not work well. The Dish company came to repair, but it did not last for many of the room TVS; fortunately worked for the common room areas. The maintenance staff is a huge positive and you should not hesitate to call them with concerns or question; they will get it done.

Amazing place for big groups

We had a bachelorette with couples and it was the perfect place to stay! There was 16 of us and all of us had our own rooms! Bathrooms were so nice and so much space! Plus it’s close to the Casinos! We definitely want to come back when we can! Game room was a blast, loved the hot tub and everything was just set up so well! Also easy check in! We had a blast and highly recommend this place!!

Perfect family retreat

Had a great experience at this large house where we could spread out with a large family group while still all being together. Yes there are a lot of stairs, but having so many bedrooms and bathrooms available made it really easy for everybody to have their space. We didn’t have enough time to use the hot tub more, maybe next time! Would definitely come back!

Amazing Property and really spacious

The property is advertised as 11 and 15. If you get the 11 - you are renting the 11 bedroom side of the property whose entrance is 1 level lower than the street level and it is essentially the lower 3 floors. The 4 bedroom part is the top 2 levels and the entrance is at the street level. If you are confused - wait until you rent the whole property (15 bedrooms). It is truly an amazing property. Not the best in terms of construction and it shows in the alignment of doors, windows, toilets etc but well maintained considering the size and quite clean Kitchen and all rooms are well stocked. There is a great game room. Good appliances but the stove is electric so not the best for lots of cooking. The only nitpick I have is that it was so dry with the heaters running that every thing was staticky. Nothing that can’t be overcome by lowering the temp in the house to 67 and putting on a sweatshirt Highly recommend for a large group. Lots of fun and many things close by

Yearly Extended Family Tahoe

This house was great for our family! There were 18 of us! Plenty of space! We were all comfortable and had different areas to spread out, but also enough room for all of us to be together. The hot tub was a little dirty when we arrived, but the property manager Julio responded quickly and within 20 minutes he was there to clean it. There are lots of stairs, so consider that if you have heavy coolers/suit cases. It’s quite the work out. lol! Great house and would highly recommend it.

Huge property in a very good condition

I'll first speak of what was not ideal 1. The dryer would not work. Had to troubleshoot, look at the manual, clean the filters. One of it started working but was very very slow to dry anything. We didn't use it. It needs servicing. 2. The dishwasher was had a foul odor. We ran it a few times with the hopes that it does a self clean but no dice. Ended up manually cleaning during our stay 3. The hot tub water was dirty, felt like chemicals were not used or maybe the cleaning crew forgot about it. What was great? It's a shame that we encountered the above issues but I would still recommend this property, and hope they work to take care of the above issues. Julio the property manager was very helpful and I'm very grateful for all the help and responsiveness. It's such a lovely property, the space , beds, bathrooms everything was top notch. Location is very good too. Not too far from South lake Tahoe but also secluded from the hustle. Inspite of the above issues for a large group size , I would still visit, because it's really hard find this kind of space. I want to assume the above issues were a one-off and will get fixed.

This listing was incredibly accurate and immaculately kept. It’s a 5 minute shuttle ride to a Heavenly lodge and only 20 minutes from downtown Stateline. Highly recommend this place!

Nice spot for a large group

Check-in and out was easy. House was very nice and was ready to go. Around 10 spots for parking which is good for the large group we had. Nice view. Only thing is top two floors are not for use. Still had plenty of room and would use again but wish that was advertised more from beginning.

Tahoe Family Reunion

A group of 13 adults ranging in age from 18-89 stayed at this wonderful property just outside of Lake Tahoe. It had enough space that all of us had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was huge and allowed the whole group to sit down for meals together. The check-in process was seemless and the LuxeVaca representative was available and attentive. Definitely recommend this unit for large groups looking to spend time together while at the same time having enough personal space.

Family Holidays

The rental was very nice and clean. The Kitchen was very well stocked it maybe a little overstock would’ve been nice to have some space to place our food that we brought to Cook.We had paid for early check-in and unfortunately when we arrived at the property the house keeper was cleaning the home and we all waited outside for about 30 minutes to receive the home but Julio help this out and give us a credit for early check in fee, thank you Julio. The home was perfect for large family gathering hopefully will be able to return soon thank you

Family Reunion

The entire booking process was handled by Zorka. We had to make two changes and she was extremely accommodating. Julio's "at the property" service was A++. The entire family was very satisfied. Our only word of caution, and this applies to almost all the properties in Tahoe (because they are built on the slopes) is that one needs to be prepared to climb up/down many steps to get to the main door and within the property. Not a negative. Just better to be aware if you are travelling with seniors/physically challenged folks.

Lots of stairs! Amazing views!

Upon arrival there were lots of parking right out front, about 10 spots or so and then additional parking to the side as well. Greeted with A LOT of stairs. We rented both houses. The top floor is where the 2 master suites were located along w 2 more rooms and bathrooms. A separate entrance down an outdoor flight of stairs lead to the second house which was 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. There were so many stairs it was like a maze! Lots of rooms for everyone to have their own space. The common areas were a lot smaller than expected. The center island was a great feature.. that’s where everyone hung out because the couches were small and not very cozy. The finishes in the house weren’t “luxury” a few bed frames were broken or about to break. Julio…. HES THE BEST! Came and fixed a bed frame that broke. It seemed as if that Happened often… house was stocked with lots of pots and pans… but definitely will need to bring your own seasonings, olive oil, foil, zip locks and that sort of thing. The bottom house didn’t have a broom or trash bags so thankfully we had the top house to share with….The views were gorgeous and the sunrises were UNREAL. The master suites were connected to a private entrance to the hot tub through a massive shower…. The sunrise was incredible at that level. The shower heads lacked pressure….. understandable because there is a ton of showers… but a massive master suite shower was disappointing. Needed a few more shower heads or make it adjustable. Felt like a big room with a tiny water spout. Over all.. great experience!! Just be prepared for a lot of stairs. Thank you Julio.. you were awesome!

The property was fine, as nice as any we've stayed at -- Julio was great, always available and helpful. But it was very expensive -- probably because it is so close to the ski lift. But we were there in the summer, so that shouldn't matter. A more specific recommendation: You really need some chairs to sit in out on the deck.

Family trip

The village was nice but there was a lot of issues with the house. The third floor bathroom sink was linking water, the washer had water on top from the holes. The keratin from the third room facing the jacuzzi was broken and was not able to put up. In the second floor on the right side of the village the light went out (light breaker) about four times on our first night. The iron didn’t work or the bigger coffee maker. The beds were not conformable. The shower could not be at the same time because there would not be any hot water. The house manager was helpful and accessible for our major issues.
