「Great location. Has everything you need and more. Comfy beds. Bathroom could use some fixing up but it was totally useable. A lot of stairs which didnt bother us but some may like to know that upfront. Was a fabulous weekend in a beautiful city.」

「The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.」

「Place was in a good spot. Easy walk down. Cab back up. Go eat at the Peaceful Loft only a 5 minute walk right down Prescott. But get there early like before 6: Maybe 5:30. Liked the setup of the apartment but TV went in & out and one curtain panel is on backwards. Good shower. Towels were great and shampoo & conditioner a nice touch. Bed slopes on window side so probably a new mattress needed.」

「I was there to visit my daughter so she stayed in the house with me. The house was well appointed leaving us wanting for nothing. The roomy bedrooms had plenty of natural light and full views of the harbour. The beds were so comfortable that we wished we could sleep late every day. We also loved the living room with its awesome decor!」

「Great location, parking and cleanliness. Smell of disinfectant cleaner overpowering. Needs a mirror outside the bathroom and more glassware etc. Noise from upstairs unit was frequently so loud that sleep was difficult. Offensive smell in Bathroom, we realize this might just be the age of the building. The unit needs more attention to detail.」
