Great place, nice and roomy with a wonderful view. It does get hot when the weather behaves and there is only one fan. The bed is listed as a queen but it’s definitely more like a double.

This was an amazing rental! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and the views were spectacular. It was easy to walk into town and also to call an Uber for a ride up the big hill if that’s what some in our party needed. Our host was quickly communicative, and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Easy booking experience. Great communication with host. Parking always available close by. Kichen had everything we needed to cook. Within walking distance of downtown. The unit is immaculate. Balcony off the bedroom overlooking the Port of St. John's. Absolutely stay here again while visiting our son.

This property is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants - and the view is lovely from the deck! The bed and furniture are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and out were very easy. We rented a car for a few days and it was always easy to find parking very close by.

This property had the most amazing views of the harbor in St. Johns and was in easy walking distance of many of the best things to do in the area. Kathie was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. I would say if there was one negative it would be the mattress; needs to be replaced as it is very soft and starting to sag to the center. Other than that issue, the suite was well stocked and had that old world feel that we were hoping for.

I usually start a review by saying the property is as pictured. I can't do that this time! This apartment is SO MUCH better than it is pictured! I fell in love the minute we walked in the door! The living room, kitchen and dining areas are spacious and lovely. There are two fireplaces! The closets are generous, the bathroom is terrific and everything was beautifully decorated. But the view, the view is just amazing and can be enjoyed from the huge living room window or from the balcony off the bedroom. The host has thought of everything, from comfy bedding to a well appointed kitchen. I cannot recommend this property enough. Well located in St. John's and parking also!!
