「I liked that it was close to where I needed to go and things. It has a full size fridge which is good. I did leave a suggestion about putting covers over the pillows and I meant to add bed as well. Very friendly and kind.. Relaxing!!! 🙂」

「This was an excellent choice for our visit to St John’s. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and has a magnificent view of the harbour. Kathie, our host was available and very helpful in getting us settled. Provided you can handle the stairs up to the apartment this is an excellent place to stay in St John’s. 」

「The property is just as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The manager was very quick to respond in a professional manner. The location was very central. There are lots of hills to enjoy while walking the neighbourhood. The only negative that we had was the ceiling height of the hallway to the bathroom. It was very low. Perhaps this is a common thing to expect with a very old character home. We loved our stay. 」

「Very near the airport; quiet neighbourhood. We stayed for 5 nights. Very comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with. Bright spacious basement apartment with modern furnishing in living room. Washer and dryer are a bonus. Clean. Would recommend and I would stay again. 」

「We really appreciated the washer dryer! It came just in time for us to do all Our travel clothes. The “wildlife” mentioned in the description was definitely stinky , but we appreciated the attempts to mask it with a plug in diffuser. These historic properties are really charming so all in all we enjoyed our stay.」

「This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland. It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit. 」
