「Stayed at this property August 2-4 2026 with my husband & another couple . The place was very clean & modern . There was no kitchen table which we found inconvenient. Only 2 chairs with small coffee table up against wall the place sleeps 4 . An nespresso machine but no pods we had to go out buy coffee . Cookware is terrible . TV had very limited channels . Never heard from host I had to email him the day of to get code to get in . While these are only minor complaints I feel that a little better...

「The whistling kettle was a great home away from home place to stay. Everything was provided from coffee, to fresh eggs, butter and bread to soap pods for the washer dryer The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious and it was easy for us to fix breakfast. The hosts were willing to interact whenever we needed help or had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable setting.」

「The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over.」

「Easy booking experience. Great communication with host. Parking always available close by. Kichen had everything we needed to cook. Within walking distance of downtown. The unit is immaculate. Balcony off the bedroom overlooking the Port of St. John's. Absolutely stay here again while visiting our son.」

「The location was very good. A 10 minute walk to Water St. and Sobeys for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped. A few incidentals like pot holders, salt & pepper and paper towels would have been good. Bed was very comfortable. There was a Safa bed in living area but definitely needed a better mattress. We didn’t need it so wasn’t a problem for us. Light fixtures in kitchen and bathroom need to be fixed or replaced. Internet was not always available - connection would drop. Security became an...
