"Janice was so friendly and helpful. When we mentioned that we were having trouble finding lobster for dinner she went out and bought a couple and cooked it for us. So nice! The room was a bit aged but quite clean. Lots of coffee available in the morning at front desk. Great location for the seafood fest that we were attending. Definitely would recommend!"

"The property was absolutely beautiful, from the time we arrived it felt like a home away from home.between Soaking in the hottub watching the sunset, kayaking around the pond and the quiet peaceful nights around the fire was nothing short of amazing. When you live a busy life you forget how therapeutic a place like this can be. We already can’t wait to come back."

Clean, well maintained, and a perfect base for us to explore Conception Bay North and Trinity Bay. Check in and communication with the owner was very smooth and we’d happily stay here again."
