「Clean and lovely room 」

「It is beautifully located hotel on top of a hill, with truly stunning views over the sea (if you have sea view room). The surrounding gardens are lush and very well maintained, adding to the overall atmosphere of the property. The rooms are comfortable and in line with the hotel’s category. However, there were several issues during the stay that affected the experience. On one occasion, a member of staff entered my room without knocking while I was still asleep, which was quite uncomfortable,...

Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. 」

「Had a great stay for my boyfriends birthday, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the room had a gorgeous view, short walking distance into town, breakfast was lovely, nice that they had parking for guests. There was live music in the restaurant on the first night we were there, we got 20% off eating in the restaurant, the only thing I'd say was that the menu wasn't particularly vegetarian friendly, there was only one option of a pea and mint pasta which was a bit odd! 「We had a very peaceful stay. The property was clean, safe, and well maintained. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful goody bag filled with local treats and a few essentials, which was a lovely gesture from the host. The nearby local train station is a huge plus as for just £1.10, you can get to St Ives in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend!」
