「可愛らしい部屋で、必要なものは揃っています。ですが、ポットについては何ヶ月洗っていないのだろう？というくらい抵抗がある汚れ方をしていましたので使いませんでした。ポットを使う予定がある方はご注意ください。立地は大聖堂も近く、観光にも便利ですが、駅からスーツケースを引いての徒歩移動は無謀です。タクシーの使用をお勧めします。」

「今回は4/25から３泊しましたが、川沿いで、リゾ－ト感たっぷりの風情で、素晴らしかったです。部屋も数部屋だけのアンティ－クな離れ棟で、大変満足致しました。すぐ近くには大きな緑豊かな公園があり、リスや鴨がたくさんいて、大いに癒されました。」

「I really liked this place, room was great, good parking, staff were excellent and my meal in the evening was really good with a nice wine list. However what let it down was the final hurdle, the breakfast. I ordered the full english but unfortunately my sausage was cold, bacon way over cooked (probably been cooked a while earlier) and the black pudding was just terrible. This was a disappointing end to what was a great stay. I will definately be back again and would encourage others to stay...

「Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. We felt welcome and enjoyed the location to the arena and city centre. Would 100% recommend. Thank you, we hope to spend time there again in the future」

「Nice welcome from the staff, and check in was fine. Room clean and spacious. Shower curtain was a bit old fashioned, but room and facilities were good overall. Service was attentive and staff friendly. Had an enjoyable stay. 」
