From this condo, you can enjoy nearby coffee shops, great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, quaint shops and year-round beach pier activities. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6 and is centrally located within the resort, with a 5 minute stroll to the beach, gazebo, 2 pools, one is heated, 2 tennis courts, a fitness center, and barbeque grills. The ocean is just steps away, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, white sands, and rolling waves. Get ready for an unforgettable vacation!

The condo is on the top floor, (3rd floor), so no neighbors above you, and the building has an elevator. The condo has been completely remodeled and has an open floor plan with high ceilings, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a dining table that seats 6. Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. Full-size appliances including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, icemaker, dishwasher, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The living room with comfortable leather seating and a balcony that offers a peak at the ocean while you enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and plenty of closet space, and full ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bath contains a bathtub and shower combination. Linens and beach towels are provided. The condo has 3 TVs which are located in both bedrooms and the living room, reliable Wi-Fi is provided and a home telephone with free long distance in the US and Canada. If you must work from home, there is a desk and office chair located in the second bedroom. The hall closet has a beach wagon, beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler, and boogie boards, for your enjoyment.
