「This is a lovely small villa as a part of a vineyard. The family who are running it are lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable with a jetted tub as well as a shower in the oversized bathroom. The view is nothing short of stunning, overcooking Osoyoos lake and the mountains on the opposite side of the valley. We will definitely stay here again. It is not in town but is a short 3 minute drive away from all the amenities you could need. 」

「It was my first time to stay at a motel for two nights and I didn’t expect a five star hotel. I do not think there was a good insulation between the walls so that we could hear a dog next door barking like he was right there. People’s conversation and TV were clearly heard too. We did not have people with their dog next door on our second night and it was quiet. I found toiletries were short for a couple. 」

「Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, even sheets and pillows were clean and brand new fresh. Staff was fantastic, friendly very accomidating. Pet friendly , we brought our 2 pomeranian. There was a dog park lake side walking distance. It was very quiet locarion but close to places to walk. Kitchen very clean, fridge, stove and microwave. Had great kitchen items for cooking Thank you for a lovely stay at your resort.」

「The outdoor commercial cooling tower south west of the underground parking access is extremely noisy and irritating to sleep through. Our French balcony was right above it. So we were not able to enjoy spring weather with pretty views and early birds while having a coffee. 」

「The Best Western Plus in Osoyoos was ideal for the one week stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and very good quality. Staff was helpful. The room was great - lots of space, great sleeping quarters, full kitchen was very much appreciated.」

「Room - smelled of pets, bed had hairs in it, bedcover & pillow had stains on it, shower did not drain and shower curtain dirty also grime in the corners of the bathroom, not even one hook to hang a jacket or any clothing on and both bedside plug ins or bedside lamps did not work. Other than that the room had been freshly painted, exterior door was new, grounds were nice and check-in guy was friendly. Good for RVs not for motel stay. 」

「Called ahead of time and was informed that the hot tub was up and running and when we got there it was not and definitely not open. Disappointed as that was the reason we booked the hotel. Found another hotel that met what we were looking for. 」

「The young man at the front desk that checked us in was very nice and explained things well. Our room was very nice and comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast is great. Lots of options. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, yogurts, bread, bagels, cereals, oj and more. The pool is small and unfortunately the water was a Rita’s to cool to enjoy. We would definitely stay again 」
