"i got sick right before my stay and couldn't use it even tho I paid in full - when i reached out to cancel my stay the staff said they were going to charge me an extra night on top of what I already paid "

"It was a nice place to stay. I felt welcome. The place looked great, decent and the common areas were clean and comfortable. Its location is near downtown, markets, State Farm arena, underground ATL and some good places at a walking distance.The only things noticed: the room we had had a broken door, crack on the wall, chest drawer was broken. We needed additional bedding and we needed to go to front desk to get it. The room was not cleaned (no one came) in two days. And the fee for car valet (only car storing service they provide) it’s super expensive at 52$ a night. Breakfast closes at 9:30am. Overall was a good experience but they could improve some things to make it an outstanding experience for guests. "

"Walkable to Georgia state for college tour. Plenty of places to walk to for food. Room was a great set up, breakfast was well stocked and very clean. All staff were friendly "

"Fantastic hotel. The location was just a few steps from both the State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Arena. So glad we chose this hotel. At checkin, Jamal was the front desk fellow and he gave my kids two barbie dolls as a welcome gift! That made them so happy. Our room's A/C wasn't working and they offered a new room or fan. We opted for the fan since we didn't realize until after midnight. They waived the parking fee for the inconvenience so that was great! We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again for a show at either Arena."

"We have issues whit the front desk about the reservation whit Expedia and make me pay extra room for the same night!! The refund for the extra room is going to take 7 to 10 days to get the money back "

"Short walk to State Farm Arena was really convenient. Felt very safe in and around the hotel. Room was nice. The hotel is functional but not basic. Not a luxury property, but still nicely appointed and well taken care of EV chargers on the garage are a huge plus!! Some Dow town Atlanta hotels do t even have parking available, let alone charging stations. My only complaint is that they put me on the “pet floor”. Three rooms adjacent to mine had dogs that were barking when I was going to bed. But when the owners got back to those rooms everything quieted down. I think it’s weird that they put me on that floor. Other than that, 5s across the board."
