"Hot tub, pool and all business center areas were closed. It was updated on the website after we booked so getting a notification would have been nice. There was someone in our room when we got there (literally a person in our room and our key card opened the door). The only room available to move us to was a king w/a pullout sofa bed (we were supposed to have 2 queens). The sofa was MISERABLE! Hotel was dirty. Breakfast was minimal. Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone."

"Usually Hilton properties are clean and hospitable. This DoubleTree left a lot to be desired. We stayed from Monday through Friday and our room was cleaned only once (Tuesday) even though we requested on several occasions to at least have sleepover service (clean towels and made beds). The staff failed to respond to the requests leaving us to sleep all week in a room filled with dirty used towels and unmade beds. Although some of the staff were courteous and welcoming, this breakdown in communication and workflow left a bad taste. Additionally, I had to go to the front desk to request that the shower liner be cleaned as it had a line of filth along the bottom, and I returned to the room to find that the liner was simply removed; never cleaned and never replaced. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk as well. And if that weren’t enough, our first night there was interrupted by a male staff member who walked into our room unannounced, which I know for a fact is customary, and simply apologized stating he didn’t know the room was occupied. Overall, this was the worst experience in all my travels with Hilton. "

"My experience with property was one of the worst I've ever had a hotel: (1) Received a rate for room for 3 nights. After extending 1 night was charged higher rates with different charges each day and taxes. Staff refused to honor original price. Received 4 different receipts where the last night stay was charged twice. (2) "

"The rooms are not clean, the housekeeping is below average. The carpet was dirty and was not cleaned properly, an earbud thrown on the floor was just lying there. The bathroom had a stale stink to it. The pillow covers were stained with hair dye and the bedsheet had stains and were not cleaned properly. The lifts were not functioning properly and no one seem to be bothered to get this rectified asap instead they just put one technician to manage the lift. Only one lift was working of the 2. The cleaners use the same lift as the guests so every time dirty laundry and dirty water post cleaning is done it is taken via the same lift so the lift stinks as well. Terrible experience and a bad name to the well reputed Wyndham group. Please do something about this team La Quinta Atlanta airport north. "

"Very comfortable room. Great bed and bathroom, nice breakfast. The place was remarkably quiet considering its proximity to the ATL airport. Lots of great restaurants very close, including an excellent Mexican restaurant on property."
