We were nervous never done a pet friendly before the staff was so kind friendly helpful they made you feel welcomed and I recommend it to anybody. Only drawback the mattresses need to be replaced in our room at least everything was clean but they are starting to droop in the middle other than that it was wonderful and we notified the woman at the desk and she was wonderful...

But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room.
