「This quaint cottage was the perfect place for my solo retreat. I spent hours enjoying the birds (at least 21 species!) and reading in the screened gazebo. The trail on the property was lovely and I took a beautiful hike at Lawless County Park--just 5 minutes from the cottage. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. This is one of the best places I have rented! I plan to return. 」

「This property was just what we needed, a place to stay with our dogs while we attended an out-of-town graduation. Beds were comfy and the cottage was nice with good drinking water (not well water).Only issues were no door directly to the backyard (so you still have to leash the dogs to let them out), no hand rail on the stairs (my mom couldn't safely stay here), quirky design (shower door blocks the towel rack when open) and the lighting challenge of an older home (no light switch in main...

「I brought my family from California to my annual Family Reunion (Irish descendants). We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home. Air conditioning worked in every space and worked very well. We cooked and baked and found most every kitchen item we needed. (Brought a couple foil casserole pans, and used them). Lots of garbage bags, paper towels and TP. Grocery and gas about 5-7 minutes away. Waking up on the St. Joe River was spectacular. My only criticism is the home listing is...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and the check-in and check -out processes were very smooth, especially considering our late night arrival. The cottage conveniently located near Kids Corner park, which has always been a huge hit with our two little ones. In addition, the beach is one block away and you're a short walk to several restaurants. We would certainly stay here again when we come back to South Haven. 」

「The home is well cared for, clean, and well stocked. This would be an excellent place for a single person, a couple or two couples. If you are traveling with children, the home has things for the children to do. It is located in a private location but is close to everything South Haven has to offer. If you need addition space the owners also have another place to stay on the premises. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Marc, the owner made sure our stay was everything we hoped for.」
