There were many disappointing experience even with top brands like Windham IHG. Meighan was a simply great. She was courteous, supportive, helpful and extremely proactive. I would come to Regency only because of the way she took care of us."

"Our room was very clean, the restaurant and bar area was great and the experience was fun. The valet parking attendant was really good and the app to request your vehicle worked well. We walked to the Altria Theater which is only a short distance away. "

"This property is super convenient, located right off the interstate, close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We were especially happy when Alison at the front desk was able to switch our room after we realized we were right in the middle of several rooms of energetic, loud teens. She moved is a few floors up to a corner room which was much quieter giving us a more pleasant experience. There was a dinner buffet included the evening we arrived as well as a breakfast buffet the next morning, both offering a variety of options. The food was good and was replenished frequently by friendly staff. Overall, an enjoyable stay. We will likely return when we stay in Richmond again."
