「The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket.」

「We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. 「Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!」
