「We found our stay at Best Western Premier very comfortable. The bed was firm and had big fluffy pillows. The room and bathroom were both clean. We had breakfast in the morning in their restaurant. It was a buffet style, had lots of the typical choices and was well maintained. The only thing I would have like to make our stay better, would be vending machines on the floors. If you wanted anything, you had to venture downstairs to the front desk area. All in all, we had a good stay.」

「My husband and I had two nights booked and we left after the first night and went somewhere else. The room was just nasty. Right when we walked in the door, there was stuff splattered/stuck on the wall. Every nook, cranny, and crevice was just dirty. Like, they clean the necessities (bed, shower, sink, toilet) and they haven't cleaned anything else in who knows how long. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some form or another. The blackout curtains were riddled with holes. The room overall...

「The room was old and dated and the towels were stained. A giant cockroach walked across my room and random people were knocking on the doors. I didn’t feel safe and I was disgusted so I left and found another hotel. The management offered to refund only one night of my booking and I still haven’t received that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The online images aren’t accurate and the cost of the room was ridiculous for this roach motel. 」
