「Such a gem in the city. This is not a typical hotel which is great. It’s a quiet apartment building that is professionally maintained. The room is super clean and just full of character. Cannot be happier with this unique accommodation. Staff really responsive to questions. There could technically be better sound insulation especially in the bathroom area but totally not an issue. Love love it. 」

「Hotel.com did not introduce the necessity to install the special hotel app “Sonder “ before the booking. It was confusing to me. Room was good with the wide window view. 」

「Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.」
