Great stay

Loved the design of the building and space. Very comfortable and quiet location. Parked right outside front door. Amenities were nice, we didn’t use any of the kitchen items but the coffee pot. Bring extra K cups for your coffee & your favorite cream. There is a little strip of restaurants a couple blocks away in two directions. Walking distance.

As pictured, good location and super comfy bed!

The apartment is exactly as pictured, great for a short stay with just what you need to have some snacks at home. Clean and comfortable - esp the bed! Street parking on the weekend was free and really easy, we always had a spot right in front. Walkable to local coffee shops, breweries, a great record store and both Toledo team stadiums.

Conveniently located. Stayed on the weekend so street parking was free with spots available. The room itself felt very hotel-like. Clean. Huge bed, couch that also doubles as a futon-style bed. The kitchenette was nice to have which included baking supplies and dishware. Bathroom was also nice and included soap and shampoo. There was also a desk nook which could also be used as countertop storage. My only suggestion to include in these rooms is a countertop ice maker, as that was the only lacking hotel-like amenity. Easy access with the code-entry locks. This will be my first choice to stay in downtown Toledo again!

Luxurious?? Not even a little.

Slap-dab ‘reno’ job. Paint in bathroom is chipped and peeling on every wall. Tub is pitted and stained as is the kitchen sink. ‘Workstation’ is a joke. Sheets smelled sour.Very few options for food, drinks, coffee within a three block radius. Warned by a local merchant that are is unsafe to walk area at nite.Parking is free overnight but limited to two hours during the day.Left on to table and fled after one night.
