The issue is that there is only the keypad locking the bedroom door. No deadbolt or other security features. And it is just you and the other renter(s) there. No desk person, etc.」

「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand.
