Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. 「This was perfect for our quick getaway! Our stay was cozy and peaceful. I would like others to be aware of the tight driveway if you drive an SUV, but we felt right at home.」

My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. 「We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly.
