「Really satisfied with this place and stay overall. The property manager was great with everything, really pleased with all our interactions and what was made available at the place. The only issue at all had to do with the neighbor. Saturday night the neighbor through a child's birthday party complete with bouncy house and invited the *whole* la familia over to celebrate into the wee hours of the night AND did not invite us over! 「When you walk up to the front door you see that it is dirty and there are bird droppings, when you get into the house you see the dirty walls. The sheets were stained and had hair on the sheets. there are small spiders along the back top wall of the living and dining area. 「It was a little far from the highway and it was a busy traffic weekend with UT graduation but the unit was a perfect retreat for our family of 5. Sleeping accommodations were great and the totally remodeled place was clean & comfy. We loved it!!!」

「The check-in process was very smooth. Communication with the host was fast! Very convenient location. Giant TV in a really cute, small living room. The place itself is older, so keep that in mind. The shower has no place to put your toiletries. The bathroom soap smells bad. Crappy toilet paper. The floor is wonky/uneven. The BIGGEST issue I had was finding an outlet that held anything we plugged in. The outlets were "loose" and would not hold anything. Overall, great place to stay.」
