「Windows could have been cleaned, cutlery was not so clean and indeed the kitchen spatula was dirty / had previous guests food on it.」

「Nice place and perfect location」

「Lovely place」

「Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.」

「Staff are great 😌 parking difficult」

「I forgot to ask for two single beds. I asked for it at the front desk and they had it ready for me. The front desk staff was very courteous and appreciative. Breakfast is also very good.」

「Spa facilities are great, everything spotless and well kept. Breakfast was lovely - definitely worth £5 tray charge to have it brought to your room.」

「good location to the beach !」

「We were made to feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and were pampered with excellent and very accommodating service throughout our stay. For the likes of us it was expensive but worth every penny.」
