「Really friendly and welcoming host with tea and freshly baked cake. Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also had freshly baked muffins. You won't go wrong by staying here!」

「19世紀の建物だが内装は最近全面リニューアルしてて綺麗で清潔。インテリア雑誌とコラボしたそうで、上品でお洒落。繁華街から10分以上坂を登るというロケーションさえ許容できるならおすすめ。」

「This is our second stay at the Alverton & again it was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly bar area. We had a fast easy check in/out & the room was immaculate. Will definitely be back.」

「ホテルは、プディングクラブを週末に行うようでとても盛り上がっていました。しかし部屋にはその音も届かず、静かに過ごせました。 部屋は、ベッドルームとバスルームが別れ、バスルームにはシャワーブース、浴槽、洗面台、藤椅子があり広くくつろげました。 小さな村ですが、田園風景が広がり、それぞれの家にバラなどが植えられ絵になる風景が溢れていました。もちろん、ホテルの庭にもバラや宿根草が植えられガーデンテーブルとチェアで寛げます。 また滞在したいです。」

「We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return! 」

「二日間の滞在でしたが、タオルなどは補充されていましたが、お風呂のバスタブが一日目に使ったままで、清掃がなされていませんでした。1日目のお風呂は私が先に入り、後から、連れが入りました。翌日、夜、再び私が入ろうとしたら湯船の内側に皮脂がついていて気持ちが悪かったです。イギリスの方はこういうことが気持ち悪くないのかしらと、思いながら自分で清掃しました。2泊まとめて取るとこういう事になるのかな？とか、もしかして、チップを置かなかったからでしょうか？などと、考えてしまいました。イギリス在住の方から、不用と聞いていたのでそうしたのですが、間違っていたのかしらとも、思いました。」

「Had a wonderful stay in the refurbished hotel. Had the most comfortable nights sleep, so much so that we are looking to buy the mattresses they use. The comfy double was just what we needed. The bathroom didn't look to be refurbished but was fine as it was apart from a leaky shower hose. We were supplied with plenty of drinks to choose from and 2 packets of biscuits.
