「3泊しましたが、1回部屋の掃除がほぼされていない日があって、少し残念でした。しかし、基本的に部屋やロビーは清潔に保たれていて過ごしやすかったです。無料の朝ご飯が美味しかったです。」

「We were happy about the cleanliness of the room and pleasantness of the staff, however, people going there should know when it's under renovations. It's just an unpleasant surprise when you arrive. AND to top everything off, Expedia had a Kind Bed room available, but when we got there, there was only a room with 2 Queen Beds available. Not something you CAN'T live with, BUT it's one of those details that leaves you feeling misinformed and cheated. 」

「There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. 「Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the...
