"We had an amazing 3-night stay at this property. It has all the amenities you could ask for and more. Everything was extremely comfortable, the views were spectacular, and having direct beach access via the stairs was truly special. Walking down to the beach whenever we wanted is something we never got tired of. We would gladly stay here again."

"The fact that there was only one bathroom, where all four bedrooms were on the second floor was not good. Also, the stairs to the second floor were extremely steep. There were also two step down areas on the first floor that were a fall risk and should be marked in bright red as they are easy to overlook. A good part of the house on the inside was concrete block and overall depressing."

"The listing makes the place look bigger than it is. Smaller than expected. The beds were nasty, hairs in the sheets, pillows and master bed cover had stains and hairs all over. Had to wash all sheets and bed cover for the bed and the lower level bed, same way. There isn’t any hot water in the kitchen. The bathroom sink is useless, the faucet goes down in the bowl where you can’t wash your hands without touching the bowl. The water pressure for the second level shower is not strong enough you will need to use the lower level to shower. The stand the microwave is on is very wobbly, you have to hold it to open the door. The sliding door to the balcony needs replaced. The door will not open properly without using two hands and it has to be pulled hard and wiggled to open some. There is sand and grit down in the tracks. The furniture has stains on it. Need to cover to use. The air conditioner during the day gets up to 74, unit isn’t big enough to go below until early morning it was 70 but won’t drop below that. So if you like cold air, it won’t be like that. They do provide fans that do help with that. The beach is private which we did love and when it’s high tide the waves come up to the balcony. Overall the trip was good but listings for travel places never seem to be honest when it comes to trying to find a good place to stay. "

"So first off this was a vacation with family, all who lived in different states. My nephew was deployed and was finally allowed to get leave. With that being said, we started at a beautiful place in Orlanda for 3 days then came to this property for the last 4 days and boy what a difference! I cannot express how unhappy we were and will be asking for a refund of some kind. First off, the pictures are not at all what you see when you get there. The outside was very run down, and the banister was ready to fall off. The dishes were dirty, most of the furniture is very unstable or broken. The tv on the 3rd floor never worked, the tv on the first floor the remote was broken. The card table should just be put in the trash; we were afraid to use it due to it falling apart. Beds are horrible, no dressers to put things on, half painted walls/ceilings. The couch on the first floor was so dirty and had a very horrible smell along with the throw pillows. And the worst part was the roaches!! I was very uneasy staying there and to top it off, my daughter had a roach in her suitcase when we got home. The location is absolutely beautiful along with the private beach if only the owner would take care of his property! I Very disappointed!!"

"We loved our stay so much, we were disappointed we didn’t book it longer! This home truly felt like “home sweet home” the moment we walked in. It’s warm, welcoming, and beautifully inviting. The second-floor views are absolutely ah-mazing — we could sit and watch the ocean for hours. Waking up to that every morning was pure magic.We visited with our adult children and grandchildren, so we had a full house, yet it never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space and plenty of privacy. The layout is exceptionally well thought out — each area is thoughtfully designed for both togetherness and personal time. The kitchen is a dream for family cooking and gathering, and there are comfortable spots everywhere to relax.The home is comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location on is perfect — quiet, beautiful beach access.Even though we checked and double checked we had packed everything, we still found we had missed things. The hosts were fast on getting back to us and arranged for us to retrieve our belongings and offered to ship them to us. The thoughtfulness and speed of communication was over and above. Thank you.We can’t recommend this property highly enough. We’re already planning our next trip back!"

"We were looking for a place to celebrate our 30th Anniversary with Kids/Grandkids. The place was spectacular. Spacious, Well appointed. Immaculate. Right on the beach. Three bedrooms in main house. One guest suite. Gourmet kitchen. Huge deck. We had a wonderful stay. You will too."

"My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful week at Sandy Feet Retreat. Our favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach. Perfect. Be aware that the bedroom downstairs doesn’t have an actual door. It was a curtain you pull. And it also has a small joining room that has bunk beds. That also is where the shared bathroom is. The porches are nice. All the supplies you could ever want are there. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of paper products. It has a regular coffee maker with a carafe. We brought our Kcup machine. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, water toys etc. The bed in the upstairs master was so very comfortable. Ocean view was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beach house for a family. "

"The home was beautiful, location was perfect and home was well stocked. They had everything anyone would need to a great vacation on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, hats, boogie boards etc. Loved the large lounge on the upper deck relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Listening to the ocean at night was medicinal. We will definitely try to rent again and I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a well equipped home located right on the beach. Great time!"
