"We stayed at Sunny Palms during Christmas week with our children and their families. The house was clean and the spaces were more than adequate (and very helpful). The location was great. 13 min either direction for groceries and 25 min to St. Augustine. The only complaint was as another guest pointed out that there were a couple unusable pans in the kitchen and the decking outside was a bit rough (be careful of the littles with their feet). HOWEVER the view was unmatched, waking each morning to the sunrise and we had the beach to ourselves. The weather was fantastic!"

"This house is unbelievable! Period! So spacious but perfectly set up to play games and gather in a local area. Used the suite downstairs and every inch of the property. The deck is incredible! "

The beach is relatively short and many shells with sand, but plenty of chair options on porches and in sand... and enormous kitchen."
