"Everything was great - nice newer hotel, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast buffet, friendly staff, great pool area and a rooftop bar. It was also very easy to walk everywhere in the area, including stores, restaurants, fishing pier and the beach. The only thing we thought was strange was the mandatory valet parking - the area where the hotel is located isn’t busy by any means and they do have a decent-sized parking lot right next to the hotel, so charging $27 plus tax for parking seems very unnecessary and greedy from the hotel management. They could have easily charged people $15 a night for self-parking, but at least they should have that option available. "

"The room was spotless. Shower pressure was amazing after walking all day. Great location for walking into town. Restaurants close by. The Attraction Fountain Of youth was right out the back gate. Price was reasonable for this area The free breakfast was a nice added touch . Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and informative. "

"This home exceeded all of our expectations. It’s in excellent condition, fully equipped, and no one wanted to leave. The location is incredible — step right outside for long beach walks or relax while watching and listening to the waves.The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to ocean views from the primary bedroom was amazing. The living area and kitchen are perfect for a group, with beautiful beach views and every utensil and appliance we needed. We cooked at home more than expected and loved using the beach-front BBQ.The home was very family-friendly, with beach toys that our kids (ages 3–8) used all day while playing in the sand. It’s also conveniently located near Publix and just 15 minutes from St. Augustine. We even fit in a round at TPC Sawgrass.Our only regret was not staying longer. Highly recommend — we’re already planning our return."

"Janet was awesome! Fast responding and friendly! The house was wonderfully decorated and clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. It literally was like walking into your own house just needed to bring your clothes and food. We will definitely rent again!"
