Let your beach vacation begin with ocean waves right outside your door. This condo has been recently updated with comfortable furnishings in coastal colors. The bedroom has a new king bed, walk in closet with beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler for guests to use. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 55" smart TV, Roku, High speed WIFI, Spectrum cable with Showtime. The bathroom has a walk in shower, plenty of fluffy towels and beach towels. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen.
You will not be disappointed in this cute condo!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.

Starter supplies provided- coffee filters, paper towel roll, 2 trash bags, 2 TP per bathroom, small dish soap, liquid hand soap, small bath soap, small shampoo. For safety reasons no food items are provided in the condo.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
A rental agreement is required and will be sent to you for digital signature after booking.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building.

Great Little Weekend Getaway
Everything was wonderful- clear communication on check-in process and parking, wonderful view of the beach, surprisingly comfortable bed and very clean place. Would def stay here again in the future. You can’t beat that view and location near the beach!

It was home away from home! Everything anyone would need is there. Steps away from the beach and every morning sunrise was flabbergasting. Nice place to stay for a good restful time.

AMAZING
This condo was beautiful! Its steps from the beach, the free island shuttle goes right past multiple times per day and centrally located on the island! There is a store, bar, golf cart rental & restaurant within 2 blocks! We loved it and will be back!

Great location on beach, within walking distance to bar/restaurants and easy drive to turtle habitat, bird watch sanctuary and alligator rescue facility...all very interesting and educational. Interesting area of the state. Lodging at the Florence was very clean, Quiet and a great price.

Everything was just as the listing.
Condo very clean, entry was great with electronic lock, payment process easy. Clise to great restaurants. Beyond that, the HOA maintains the building every day. We plan to come again.

Cute Condo
Pros: This condo is in a great location. Quiet area. Easy parking (inside under building, in front of building or two over flow lots). Elevator was nice. Carts to take your items (luggage) to and from your room. We loved relaxing on the balcony, facing the beach and watching the sun rise. Kitchen has new appliances and I loved the electric range! Boils water quickly!! Cons: Issue with running toilet and bathroom outlet was not working which I report to owners so they are aware of it. Just our opinion: The bed is too soft and the couch was terribly uncomfortable. I used one of their side chairs instead. With that being said we loved our stay and will be back!

Great condo, exactly as described. Very clean and equipped with all the necessities for comfortable stay. Quick and easy communication with property owners. The view from the balcony is amazing, it is so nice to wake up to this gorgeous sunrise over the Gulf. Easy access to the beach and nearby coffee shops, if you are coffee lovers like us. Highly recommend!

Great location and clean
Overall everything was easy, simple, clean and a great location. Parking was great. Only recommendation my best friend and I have is to have some amenities available especially ground coffee, sugar, powdered creamer. It's a great place and we would definitely go back!

Nice gulf view in cozy condo with tradeoffs
We mostly enjoyed 4 nights in this 4th floor gulf view condo. Staying on the beach was great. Sunrises are amazing. It was clean with nicely stocked kitchen in a quieter part of town. Bed was comfy. Pool was very refreshing and a nice alternative to beach. Most of this condo has been updated, however, the bathroom needs a major redo. Shower had annoyingly low water pressure and the temp changed randomly. Toilet would keep running about half the time and required taking lid off tank to adjust and make it stop. Vanity height was strangely low. WiFi network in the condo did not work when we arrived. We were eventually given an alternate source for WiFi that was very slow and could not be accessed in most of the condo. Also be aware this is an older building without air conditioning in the public areas. Not a deal breaker, but it gets very hot especially in the elevator. Lastly, we are used to staying at properties that have a more responsive management team. Several email inquiries sent to condo ladies after we booked regarding their contract (cancellation policy differed from what was in VRBO listing) were never answered taking away from a more positive experience. The price per night is good as long as you know ahead of time there will be tradeoffs.

Fabulous condo and breath taking view
The condo was decorated wonderful with all kitchen utinsels and appliances. The view from the deck was to die for. Our only minor suggestion would be to add room darkening blinds in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great except for communication
Positive: Condo was very nice, just as shown in the pictures. Right on the beach was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Much nicer than a condo we had in the same building last year. Negative: Communication with owner was really strange/difficult. Before booking, I submitted a question thru VRBO and got no response (there were no reviews on VRBO). I found the condo on another site and reviews were good, so I booked because we were running out of time. No personal contact after booking, just email confirmation from VRBO. Text messaged owner about 5 days before check-in to get info and was told I wouldn’t get that info until day before. Ok. 2 days before check-in, I got an email with info that included this: “All Pets must be pre-approved, owner pay the pet fee and sign pet agreement prior to check in. Failure to do so may cause forfeiture of your deposit.” This was the first I’d heard of signing an agreement and getting our dog “pre-approved”. I immediately replied to the email asking for the agreement so that I could sign and get it back. No response. We get in to the condo and an instruction sheet is there with the same threat. I texted that we were there and asked again about the pet agreement. No response. Later that evening I texted the other number they’d given because the hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work at all. No response. When we left I texted to let them know we were gone and mentioned the water again. I got “thanks for staying, we’ll address that”. No apology that I had to heat water in a pan so that I could shave or anything. We never signed a pet agreement and never got the dog pre-approved. Don’t know if they were just pre-occupied that week or what, but it was a bit frustrating.
