"Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection mainly Japanese food including pacific lobster miso soup. There was a spacious coffee/tea ( snacks) area with the same beautiful view. "The indoor and outdoor onsen provide different experiences of onsen. The view from hotel is amazing. The hotel provides excellent service. My mom fell to the ground and got injured when crossing street. The lady from hotel provides us ice bag and medicines for my mom. They are super helpful."

"Staff was helpful, especially patient with my language barrier. The room was clean except for behind the tv console. The building is pretty old but in good repair. Not close to stores or restaurants, but is close to the beach visible from the balcony outside my room. They have arcade games for children and ping pong for older ones. Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!"
