The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. "The hotel was minutes on foot from Kintetsu Toba train station and from Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Aquarium. The lady owner was all smiles even though she spoke little English. Hot Japanese breakfast much appreciated in a cold morning. The only drawback was that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator! "
