"We were treated like Royalty by the staff, very friendly and very helpful. The Onsen/public bath was the best we experienced in Japan. Beautiful views from the two Hotels and our room was the largest hotel room we had in 3 weeks in Japan. We loved this place."

"As previous guests note, twenty five minutes from Toba station. As such, no restaurants or stores aside from in the hotel, but plenty of beautiful scenery. I didn’t have the dinner option due to price and instead brought take out from the local food shop (Marche) near the station, but fully enjoyed the lavish spread of fresh foods (fruits and veggies, too) and view of the bay. My room was spacious and new (532) and the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were well-maintained and I could do laps...

"This property is old, not very clean and heavily over priced. Buffet dinner and breakfast are a very poor firm if service. Check out via a ticket machine must be to most un Japanese and infuriating system we have come across in thirthy years travel in Japan."
