「Cute condo close to the beach and Clayton’s bar , we will definitely be booking again」

「 This was our fifth time visiting SPI and our first time staying at this condo. The was our favorite so far and I am hoping if we come back next year to book this same place. The view was beautiful, I love how it overlooked one of the pools and ocean. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was conveniently located in the complex. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional and I actually slept on it a few of the nights. The kitchen has all the pans, utensils, etc we needed and...

「We had a great trip even with the rain! The condo was just as described, beautiful, comfortable and very well kept. The walk to the beach is very short. We hope to stay there again!」

「Everything was except that they did not provide toiletries. It was an inconvenience because I didn’t bring any so I had to go buy shampoo and conditioner and body wash. They did not provide enough toilet paper.」

「Condo hadn't been cleaned prior to arrival. Shower heads have little pressure, roaches in the fridge, front door doesn't seal properly. Would not book again.」

「The location was excellent - just across the street from the access to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The keypad was not working so we used the manual key. The ice maker on the refrigerator was not working. The pool was relaxing. The neighbors across our unit were playing loud music the first night, and the aroma of pot was noticed every night of our stay from the neighbors across our unit.」

「We have stayed at numerous other rentals on SPI but this has been the best by far. It’s in a great location with easy access to the beach. The unit sleeps 10 easily and has everything you need for your stay including beach items. We will definitely be making this our go to South Padre Island fun spot in the future.」

「The pool area was messy. Broken chairs, garbage, pool dirty. I contacted management and they came and cleaned up the area the next day. We had people at the pool for 2 nights until about 3am. The bedrooms are right next to the pool. Had to go sleep in the living area both nights. 」
