サウス パドレー アイランド のコンドミニアム

「I picked this place because the balcony faced the beach which was fantastic. The beach was easy to get to. This condo is pretty old very basic and tbh needs updating. The decor is pitiful but i guess it doesn’t matter since it’s the beach you come for. If you cook you might want to bring a knife since the 1 here is pretty dull the bed is lacking and could use some new sheets as these kept in all the body heat. Possibly polyester here. Cotton would be a better choice I’m thinking or bamboo. And...

「Property was exactly as described. We had a good time staying here. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, and private beach access. Would 10/10 recommend.」

「Loved it very clean and beach like condo. Thank you very much. Checking out know」

「This was a great place to stay on South Padre Island. It was definitely oceanfront, beach view property!! The view was spectacular. Not only was this two bedroom clean, orderly, and comfortable, but the interior was up today and nice. However, the exterior needed some sprucing up to make this condo more appealing.」

「Great place. 2 min walk to beach. Very clean and close to everything. Highly recommend. 」

「Great location, price and overall experience.」

「Pool I believe only had a 6 person limit so there were many times that we wanted to use the swimming pool and were unable to. There is a place on the side of the building to rinse off, from trips to the beach (we didn't discover this until our last day). Our condo was perfect for our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, the accessories in the kitchen were in great quality, and the washer/dryer helped keep laundry at bay upon our return.」

「Extremely comfortable and cozy rental for our long weekend at the beach. This unit was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a beach stay! The property management company was very communicative leading up to our trip and easy to get in touch with (if needed) once we were there! 」

「Overall the condo was pretty nice and descent. It was literally walking distance to the beach which was a plus. The only down fall was a permanent resident down stairs had a dog that barked all night which didn’t let us sleep most of the night and that was awful.」
