「Our host, Lourdes, was very accommodating and responsive. She let us know about water shut offs that were occurring in order to change out valves in the system well in advance so we could plan accordingly. The condo was just as it was in the photos and had lots of storage space. We were very comfortable and met a lot of really nice and friendly people. 「Check-in was easy! A lot like a hotel check-in. Kitchen has all the expected appliances, plus coffee filters and salt and pepper, which were appreciated. Vote and beach access were awesome!! Would stay again if we went back down to South Padre, which is likely!!」

「The apartment is beautiful, specially if you have kids, no decorations to worry about the kids breaking. The location is perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, souvenir stores and even the grocery store. The pool is so nice and hidden very good privacy. My only compmaint is the parking lot. Theres is no assigned parking lots so on weekends when its crowded, good luck finding a parking lot.」

「It was hard for my friends to find a place to stay for spring break but this property was a savior! It was a really nice property, right next to the beach. If I come back to south padre I would definitely stay here again !」
