「The place was great for my family of 8. Best part is how close the beach access is since you cant drive on the beaches. Also it was close enough to walk to Claytons and other attractions.」

「It was hard for my friends to find a place to stay for spring break but this property was a savior! It was a really nice property, right next to the beach. If I come back to south padre I would definitely stay here again !」

「Great room. Felt so cozy and right at home as soon as we checked in. My only small criticism of the property was that whomever cleans the room left some disposable eye lashes in the sheets of the main bedroom’s bed so we had to pick them out and throw them away. But overall great price great location and super friendly host. I hope to rent from them again real soon.」

「 This was our fifth time visiting SPI and our first time staying at this condo. The was our favorite so far and I am hoping if we come back next year to book this same place. The view was beautiful, I love how it overlooked one of the pools and ocean. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was conveniently located in the complex. The beds were comfortable as was the sectional and I actually slept on it a few of the nights. The kitchen has all the pans, utensils, etc we needed and...

We also loved finding the closet stocked with beach gear—it was such a nice surprise and made our beach days even easier.
