「When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. 「It was such a great experience! Thank you so much. For the value, customer service and location this is such a gem of a find for a place to stay that is minutes away from the Whale Tail beach. We stayed in a room that had two beds, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, pots and pans, plates and cups. Literally everything you would want it was available and made it very convenient. The pool is beautiful and was nice to sit there after a long day or before starting the day. I highly recommend this...
