「Bosque del Cabo is a destination in itself. Overlooking the Pacific and Gulf on the Osa Peninsula it is beautifully maintained, wildlife are all around, trails are rugged and moderate, and the staff could not be more personal and helpful. Meals are delicious We had menu choices for breakfast and lunch; dinner was a communal buffet with many options. There are cookies out and cocktail appetizers. Our cabin was perfect-a thatched spacious casita with a large bathroom and lovely outdoor garden...

「Jessica the owner was so helpful and amazing customer service. The place is wonderful and infinity pool was great. She also advised us places to visit which were really helpful. Jessica was always there when you need her. Plenty of food for breakfast which is served near the pool and astonishing view over the mountains, valleys , forest and even the sea!!!!!! Highly recommend this place..... 」

「Lots of wildlife (capuchin monkeys and toucan for us), good diving operation, good food, and attentive staff. Too humid for me and not much to do beyond lodge offered activities, but just a nice place to relax. Difficult access (fly into Drake Bat airport and then car and boat to reach the lodge).」

「The staff are the most friendly people, and you can see all sorts of incredible wild life right from the restaurant and patio. We saw hawks, pelicans, turtles, a crocodile! We missed dolphins one morning apparently but yeah, it was absolute paradise and the staff were the best part. 」

「This is a backpackers hostel so the facilities are basic. It is situated outside Drake Bay but there are bicycles available for guests to use or, alternatively, the manager can arrange for a taxi to take you to local destinations. He is also happy to arrange guided tours in the area. The garden around the hostel is fantastic for wildlife and there are local shops and cafes to get food.」

「This is a lovely place, but I can't give it a great review because on the day we checked-in no one was available at the hotel to answer the phone. Answering the phone when you have guest traveling from out of country, and to a very remote location is standard basic custom service. For whatever reason we could not find our email confirmation the day we were scheduled to arrive and we called and called for 5 hours straight on a Saturday between 12noon-5pm and no one answered the phone.
