Wonderful quiet retreat. Spent our evenings watching toucans and cooling off in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - avocado toast for breakfast was a highlight. No TV in the room was great! Meant we really had a chance to disconnect from the world!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel venait juste d’être rénové avec goût. La vue est superbe, l’hôtel est au calme et facile d’accès comparé à certaines propriétés au Costa Rica. This modern boutique hotel exceeded all our expectations. The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking, and what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible wildlife—every morning and evening we were able to watch countless birds, including toucans and parrots. It felt like something out of a nature documentary. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared each day. Dinner was just as impressive, with high-quality dishes that made every evening feel special. The service was exceptional throughout our stay: attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, the hotel is beautifully maintained and incredibly stylish, with a modern design that creates a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. Amazing stay, truly unforgettable! Tiki Villas made us feel incredibly special as we celebrated our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, they pulled out all the stops with flowers, thoughtful treats, and genuinely heartfelt hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond, but Walter and Kerling deserve special recognition. They were incredible. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they helped us navigate a few unexpected challenges with ease. The accommodations were outstanding. An extremely comfortable bed, huge soaking tub, a beautiful and relaxing pool, and an overall sense of privacy and luxury that made it feel like a true escape. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, and the food overall was excellent. And the dessert. Wow. The chocolate lava brownie, sadly discontinued, was hands-down one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. Truly unreal, and we can only hope they bring it back. We cannot recommend Tiki Villas enough. Can’t wait to come back!!

We loved our stay at Tiki Villas. The properties were well furnished and in an idyllic location and the restaurant and pool area is exceptional. Admittedly, you can here some road noise on occasions in the distance but this is almost inevitable along this part of the coast. Also, it's nothing compared to the noise of the wildlife 😀. There was a problem when we booked in, as we were supposed to have a double double villa but due to some issue with their bookings, they had overbooked these type of villas but instead they offered us two double bed villas at no extra cost. This annoyed at the time as we had booked some months ago and I asked to see the manager to explain the reasons for this. The man at reception, Gerald, was apologetic and went to see the manager. Gerald came back and stated again we had been offered the other Villa at no extra cost and I could cancel if I wished. However, it would have been nice if the Manager himself could have come over and spoken to me, as I subsequently realised he was only seated in the restaurant close by. Anyway, we did not let this spoil our stay and we ate at the restaurant every evening and food was excellent. In addition, our breakfast every morning, which we hadn't realised was complementary, was also exceptional. The staff were also very helpful. I've mentioned Gerald but I would also like to pass on a special thanks to Walter, who served us in the restaurant most evenings. He catered for our every need and was very professional

Great location, beach near by and good for exercise. The surrounding is beautiful with lots of trees and animal sound. The Room are ok but need a little TLC, a little update which I heard they will be doing soon.

Staff very friendly and helpful, peaceful setting, wonderful views from room, dining area and the pool, which was great! Place in ceiling where there has been a leak needs to be addressed due to what appears to be mold, but overall this was a wonderful restorative stay and we hope to return!

This place has an outstanding view from the infinity pool, exceptional personal service from all the staff and is in a great location for exploring Uvita, Ballena and Dominical. The rooms were a little tired but perfectly functional and having a walk in wardrobe, huge shower & kitchenette made our stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and food was excellent

Wow what a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful but were very busy! This is a lovely place, food was excellent and room comfortable. Just a few minor things that could be improved - dripping tap, modernisation of bathroom but overall recommended for a quiet stay in a wonderful location with great food.
