"No soap in bathroom, room had a strange old smell, room was dusty, ice machine didnt work, refrigerator door wouldnt close, room key card wasnt working at times. Pool area was extremely hot. I was also double charged for balance of room and for the security deposit. Front desk attendant said it was a glitch and it would be refunded at check out. Entry to hotel from self parking garage smelled horrible on level 1 and 2. Staff was nice"

"Communication at desk could have been better. We reserved a shuttle for 5:00am. Got to the lobby at 4:59am and shuttle to the airport left already. Very disappointed. That was the reason we booked at the hotel. Ended up taking an Uber. "

"The property was clean, but I was very disappointed with the limited hours for children, which are only from 9 AM to 2 PM. I wish this had been clearly communicated prior to booking. One of the main reasons I chose this property was so my sons could swim after check-in, but that wasn’t possible. Since check-in isn’t until 5 PM, we had to wait until the next day to use the pool, which was frustrating and inconvenient."
