"They need more USB plugs that work with the ones by the nightstand did not work. There was only one we had to go all the way across the room to charge your phone and I like to keep my phone on my bed stand not a big deal just an observation."

"We arrived during a time when the hotel was experiencing major technical difficulties. The key cards were not working and we were locked out of our connecting rooms. Consequently, we had to wander around Pittsburgh until about 7:00 p.m., which was hard on us because we were traveling all day and needed to rest. We couldn't telephone the front desk because the main phone line kept ringing to a guest's room. We did not get the full benefit of the time we paid for and I'm quite disappointed by that, given that we paid over $800 for two rooms. The hotel should have at least offered a discount for the time we were unable to use our rooms. Also, whoever designed the connecting rooms made a poor decision using self-closing connecting doors. We were partially locked out after our family member came into our room, having already locked his door from the inside. We did not expect the door to close automatically--that defeats the whole purpose of having a connected room. We had to wait for management to regain access. Beds and seating were not very comfortable. On the plus side, the staff and desk manager were pleasant and helpful (to the extent they could be given the circumstances), the ice machines were working, linens were clean, and the fresh coffee station was much appreciated."

"Customer experience should be prioritized over additional charges. If bottled water is not complimentary, it would be better not to place it in the room, as it can create confusion for guests. Similarly, breakfast should ideally be included in the stay, and if not, the pricing should be reasonable and provide good value. Small gestures like these go a long way in creating a positive guest experience."
