サウス オースティンのヴィラ

「Awesome amenities clear instructions and welcome in environment. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely do it again」

「The property was exactly as it was listed. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it truly exceeded all expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was located in a safe part of town and had everything we needed and then some! Grocery stores/coffee shops were within walking distance and downtown was only about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the property owner throughout the time was impeccable. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely stay here again next time...

「everything as described」

「We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! 」

「This was hands down one of the best vacations I have taken. It’s super close to Austin and there’s a horseback trail ride across the freeway. The amenities are great. The hot tub was always hot and the sauna worked great. Super nice place to go for a romantic getaway. A lot of great places to take pictures. The owners were super attentive and super nice.」

「We loved our stay! Natalie and Ronald were so incredibly accommodating and attentive! Our teen daughters loved the outdoor yard games and hot tub! The pizza oven was a fabulous treat for our last night! We wanted a unique place to spend a few days away for Spring Break and this place absolutely delivered!! What an awesome concept they’ve created! Would highly recommend for families with older children or couples!」

「11/10, will return! Out hosts are amazing (you'll find out soon too :) ). The property was gorgeous and honestly, we wanted to stay more at the ranch than in Austin after we arrived. The rooms and amenities were all amazing as well. The rooms are wonderful, cozy and relaxing. You're in for a treat! Don't forget to try the tub and koi pond!! I wish I could say more specifically, but I'm beyond words at the experience. WAY better than a hotel or anything else. I'll figure out our words better the...

「Fantastic host, easy check in. Very accomodating. Condition of the place easily matched the pics. Super fun common amenities on property. Would definitely book again!」

「Although we were only able to one out of the two nights due to personal issues, it was great. We I did a little staycation and everything was as pictured. It is a little bit difficult to find but it wasn’t a major ordeal.」

「I would not suggest this property at all, due to the property managers and the poor thought out features in the place. We had issues with the blinds to begin and appliances were also dirty and not cleaned properly. Then reported a flood on the second night. I was told they would attend to it first thing in the morning. I had to call at 9 AM and still no-one to help as the water level rose and the smell was awful. The property managers never physically showed up on sight to help. They did get a...

「The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. 」
