"The location of the hotel is the best. The service of taking us to the departure place was really helpful by a hotel porter. If the service didn’t give us, we could not reach the place easily."

"The night I reached the hotel , the lady in the entrance was so good . I'm a Japanese so I don't speak English well, the front stuff could't understand what I mean well at first. I was not happy , worried a little . Later they were so kind to me. The cleaning ladies were't smiling. The towels in the bathroom was very hard ,difficult to use. The outside of the hotel dosen't look safe in the evening. The hotel, as a whole is good but not excellent compared to the hotels I stayed in Asia, Vietnam. "
