Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity.
Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host!

Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. "The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "
