「This is the fourth time we have stayed at Lower Mill Estate, albeit with a gap of several years since we were last there. It was our first stay in this property. We could see that there has been considerable further development of the estate since our last visit. 「We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage overlooking the lake, with passing wildlife, plenty of sunshine, and beautiful views. Both balcony bedrooms shared the same outlook, making the mornings especially memorable. 「We stayed for a mid week break in June 2025's heatwave. It was lovely to be next to the lake in the heat. There were lakes where we could paddle to cool down and let the dog walk in (on lead). The property was properly dog friendly with throws on the settees expecting dogs to climb up and no area of the house out of bounds for the dog. There are many walks around the estate (which is a nature reserve) and also on the Thames path for the dog as well as the humans. The spa membership was...

「This was our second stay on the Lower Mill site. It still proves to be a lovely location. Indian Summer exceeded our expectations. Although the photos suggest it has been "squeezed in" between other properties, there is no sense of this once inside. It is spacious, with lovely views. I suspect that in summer , it will be lovely to sit outside. The property provided an ideal base for a week's worth of walks in the Cotswolds. And it was (almost) a pleasure to run along the Thames each morning...
