「We received a warm welcome on arrival. As soon as the hotel staff saw I had come with my elderly mother, they helped to give us convenient rooms and floors, for our ease. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is well located, yet it was quiet at night. 」

「綺麗なホテルです。エグゼクティブダブルルームに4日滞在しました。とても広い部屋で大満足です。 朝食は別料金ですが美味しく、さらに別料金で頼んだアボカドのマフィン乗せなどを楽しみました。 ヒースロー空港までの高速バスの予約がうまくいかなかったのですが、フロントの方が親切にアドバイスしてくれました。」

「probably the best hotel in the town, located in the heart of the city, just in front of the church, and the market, of this historical town. therefore many pub and restraunts, shops are within 100 yerds. this hotel has a nice restraunt, which is busy, with locals, suggesting it better. our room was large and clean. the bathtub made of copper is in the room, not in the rest room which has a shower space. a good mix of modern facilities and old days atomosphere.」

「We were unfortunately staying at the hotel prior to a family funeral however everyone we met were very warm and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, good bathroom but average lighting which made shaving a little difficult.」

「A pleasant stay, nice pool and clean facilities. The gentleman on reception kindly secured us a room without people staying above us as I had seen in the reviews noise can be a real issue in the hotel. The corridors were extremely loud at night, people loudly coming back from the bar. We were woken a few times. We couldn't get dinner at the hotel. We were advised dinner was being served all afternoon until 8.30pm but when we returned to eat, we were told they couldn't take our order until 6pm....

「Service with a smile, the pub food was fantastic and it was nice to sit out on the balcony with the drinks from the bar. Breakfast was included and i went for the cooked breakfast with coffee and it was cooked to order and very nice.」

「素晴らしいホテルで、大変リラックスできました。Atriumで夕食を食べましたが、３時間かけてゆっくり食事とワインを楽しむことができ、料理も絶品で満足でした。花のベストシーズンではなかったですが、それでもいくつかのきれいな花が咲き誇り、鳥の鳴き声、せせらぎ、羊の鳴き声等が心地よく、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。アフタヌーンティーも広い部屋で、ゆっくり楽しむことができました。部屋も広く、清潔で、大変素晴らしかったです。 行きずらいところでしたが、タクシーの予約等もしっかりしていただき、いろいろな要望にも対応していただき、安心して滞在することができました。」
