「A great place to escape from the hustle bustle lifestyle. Tranquil peaceful setting is our first impression, followed by the friendliness of the staff. Room we had was one of the worst with no view and right next to a construction site. But this did not stop us from enjoying the well kept grounds and the infinity pool overlooking the Aeolian islands.
Breakfast is adequate with plenty of savory and sweet choices. But dinner menu was limited with very few local fares. Gym is dark and outdated....

「Clean but shower did not drain and backed up into entire bathroom and started to run into room. Called to let them know about problem but not sure they understood drain issue. Cleaned the room up and brought all new towels. But it did it again the next morning when my husband showered. Check out was at 10 am so u could not shower.」

"Be amazed by the spectacular view from in front of the hotel. You will see Mount Etna and the beach, and you will think, oh, I am so glad I stayed here. The view from the breakfast room is also breathtaking.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us how to get where we wanted to go, how long it would take, recommendations for places to eat, etc. I sincerely appreciate it.
