This is beautiful property and area. Non-touristic, refreshingly. And luxurious at the same time. Dinners are simple, and elegant. Kitchen and dining staff are lovely.

This vineyard spa is a real haven. The buildings are contemporary yet blend in the the surrounding vineyard fields. The staff delight in showing their wines. A real respite from the tourist bustle elsewhere.

We loved our stay at Dimora Cottanera! The room was immaculate, with elegant touches and beautiful views. The staff was warm and helpful - truly a highlight of your stay! The location itself was beyond lovely - situated amongst the vineyards, peaceful, and easy driving to Mt. Etna. Parking was convenient - a small lot across the road from the property. We went on a tour of Sicily in May 2025, and only spent one night at Dimora Cottanera - but it was our favourite stay of the vacation! The grounds and the views were stunning, the facilities first-class and our room was amazing. But the absolute highlight was the wine tasting, which was so much fun and incredible value. The food we had was delicious and complemented the wine superbly. And our host, Salvo, made the experience so special. We absolutely loved our limited time at Dimora Cottanera and would book again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing getaway

Such a nice vineyard, we had a superior room and it did not disappoint. Large room, everything is new with really high standards. Relaxing pool area, views and surroundings. Coming back.

An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated. Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Dimora Cottanera is a very peaceful with helpful and attentive staff. While the views of the surrounding countryside were lovely unfortunately we had a courtyard room with no views and we felt quite exposed

Exceptionell service, hospitalities and location, lovely setting in the vineyards with beautiful look over Etna. Everything is quite new, the sauna was great, infinity outdoor pool is a great refresh afterwards. The breakfast was great, no wishes were unfilled. The staff was super nice, especially Vincenzo made us feeling very welcomed! Will definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay. The views are breathtaking and the tranquility of the place made us truly unwind. Our room was beautiful. We had our private outdoor hot tub and terrace from which we could enjoy the views and just relax. The service of Serena and her team was excellent. We loved the infinity pool and gym. We can highly recommend the wine tasting. We love to come back.

Big Grazie to Serena and Team Cottanera who made our 3 night winter stay wonderful, for our family of four. They were exceptionally accommodating, gave great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, and they put out a delicious breakfast spread. Rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable. The wine tasting session and vineyard tour by Patricia was very informative and relaxing. Once again big thank you to the team and we hope to be back again!

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous night and couple of days at Dimora Cottenera. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are designed to perfection and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Our suite had an incredible cave shower and outdoor bath. Breakfast is second to none with freshly cooked egg dishes and an array of homemade cakes and pastries along with fantastic coffee! The unmatched views of Mount Etna and the surrounding vineyards make it extra special. Highly recommend a tour of the vineyard too if you have time. A real slice of heaven, we can’t wait to come back!

It was in a beautiful setting with vineyards and gardens throughout. The breakfast with eggs individually made and homemade cakes and desserts were phenomenal. There’s a special large communal room with glass views all around with views of the mountains. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom unique. Free parking with charging stations were right across the street. As outstanding as the facilities and grounds were the staff was better. From calling pharmacies to arranging tours to recommending hikes. They gladly did it all. At night they had a different homemade cake and coffee available. I had wonderful experiences at other resorts on this trip but Dimora Cottanera was the best. Grazie
