Absolutely recommended to you guys

I am happy with how the owner serve us. He provide us the good information and instruction on how to obtain our room key and he even give us to check in early than our time should check in as we requested to the owner. The hotel is quite hard to find, not hard because of what. Just that youre confused with the house number & road name. The con is the only with the staff, she is too pushing us eventhough we got about half an hour to our check out time. Other than that, all perfect.

部屋はきれいだが、連泊でも掃除に来ないし、ベッドの布団はダニが多かったです。市の中心地から２０分ほど歩いた住宅街にあるのですが、ホームレスのような人が周りにいて、治安も最悪でした。 あと、鍵が３つ渡されるのですが、開かない・・・何で？と、近くの「貧しそうな人たち」に携帯電話を借りて連絡をとりましたが、「メール見て」とぶっきらぼうに電話を切られました。

Very rude owner. Bad bathrooms (in all the rooms)

The bathroom were never stop water flow, even when tap were closed. All bathroom were always full of water - toilet too. The other thing: On the Saturday morning some girl came to our door and hit the door till we wake up. Then she speaks no polite and ask for money. Took me time to show her that I already paid from your website on the property. While I opened the documents she spoke (shouted) like: you waste my time! Pay me the money! Very rude and uncomfortable.

The room was value for money. Close to metro station. Clean room. Small but ok for few nights. The only bad thing I can tell about it is that you can hear everything from next door. Quite neighborhood.

Best Apartment I have ever stayed

First of all, if you don't like walking, don't choose this hotel. The exterior is old and well blended into the community. However, the interior is really amazing: private shower and kitchen, a little bit lack of space if you have a large suitcase. They equip the room with satellite tv and air conditioning. BUT! one disadvantage is if you decided to have some nightlives, the street will be almost dark as they don't have much street light. Especially if you are solo / checking-in in the night, it is creepy. (but Sofia's security is pretty good, but STAY CAUTION then not really much will bother)

Appartamento ad una fermata di metropolitana dal centro. La metro si trova a 5/6 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Il proprietario è molto disponibile, anche se la sua housekeeper non parla per niente inglese. Unica pecca la zona, che di sera è davvero spaventosa e molto buia.

Appartamento niente male per il prezzo pagato, zona abbastanza centrale, a una fermata di metro da Vitosha con metro distante circa 5 minuti a piedi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, unica pecca la zona, che di sera fa abbastanza paura. Appartamento nuovo, ma il palazzo è fatiscente.
