「When I entered the hotel, nobody helped my suitcases. I was so surprised. I had to bring my suitcases to up to my room by myself. With stars-hotels, I’ve never had kind of things. 」

「It was very comfortable to stay because of helpful stuff and clean room. And this hotel was located at the centre of Stockholm, which was very convenient for sightseeing on foot and for using transport.」

「I arrived within the time I told in advance, i.e. 18:00-20:00. Somebody at the door phone opened the entrance without checking whether I am a guest so I thought there would be somebody to check me in inside the building. However, there were nobody and I had to wonder around without knowing which room was mine! So, I went out to the door phone again to get the room number and the door codes, which was given out loud on the street through the phone. In short, bad check in, poor...

「フロントスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで快適でした♪チェックアウトの後も気持ちよく荷物を預かってもらえて出掛けることが出来、引き取りもスムーズでした。 特に朝食は内容も質も良くて満足出来ました 翌日は後で改装が入ったのかシャワーが外にどうしても溢れてしまいますが 乾燥しているので翌朝には乾いていました^ ^」

「Waxholms hotell är verkligen trevligt och vyn från hotellets restaurang är oslagbar. Väl värt en tur från Stockholm city. Helst med de trevliga waxholmsförjorna förstås. Restaurangen har vi ätit på ett par gånger, bra mat och bra bredd. Men vinlistan är inte rolig. Hur kan man börja priserna på 625 kr för det billigaste rödvinet? 」
